Yes — EmbeddedVMS connects to Nayax fleets through their public APIs. Keep your readers and your processing; we add the intelligence layer on top, with no site visit.

Do I have to change payment providers?

No. We work with the tap-and-go hardware and processing you already run. Nothing to rip out, no new merchant account.

What does setup involve for software-only?

Nayax fleets are provisioned remotely — no installer on site, no downtime, usually live in days. Other reader brands connect at machine level using our bridge device, which we supply and fit.

Is pricing really per machine?

Yes. Your whole fleet runs at its band rate: AUD $15 per machine per month up to 10 machines, $12 for 11–25, $9 for 26–75, ex GST. 76+ machines are quoted individually.

Yes. Your sales and machine data belongs to you — export it anytime, and if you ever leave, it goes with you.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. EmbeddedVMS is month-to-month with no lock-in. If it isn't earning its keep, cancel — disconnecting takes minutes.
