What does Embedded Payment Solutions do?
We supply, install and connect contactless tap-and-go payment hardware for unattended machines — vending, laundromats, car washes, EV charging, parking, amusement and coffee — across Australia. We also offer EmbeddedVMS, our AI-native vending management software, as a standalone product.
Can I use your AI software with machines I already own?
Usually, yes. EmbeddedVMS is available software-only: Nayax fleets connect through Nayax's own public APIs with no site visit, and most other reader brands connect at machine level using our bridge device. Either way you keep your existing hardware — details and published pricing here.
Do customers need an app to pay?
No. Customers tap a card, phone or watch over NFC, or scan a QR code and pay on the web — no app and no account. The payment talks straight to a controller inside the machine and releases the product or starts the cycle.
Which machines can you add tap-and-go to?
Any unattended machine — vending machines, laundromat washers and dryers, car-wash bays, EV chargers, parking, amusement, coffee machines and air & water units. We standardise your whole fleet on one payment stack.
How long does installation take?
Most installations go live the same day. Our technicians handle mounting, wiring, MDB/pulse integration and certification on site, so machines are taking payments before we leave.
